The services of AVIYOG GROUP are outstanding. I have an imbalance in blood pressure which is why I joined their yoga lessons. They are very punctual and flexible with the classes. I got a demo class before joining. The yoga trainer there explained every exercise in detail and had been doing this for past four years. After starting with the sessions, I faced many changes in my body, and they altered my exercises accordingly. He is providing me with the sessions on a daily basis. My blood pressure came to normal within four days of starting the sessions. My trainer is always open to feedbacks and is available for help at any time of the day. I haven't seen a person more punctual than him. The prices they charge are fully justified as per the market rates.

I wanted to hire a yoga trainer as I was interested in it and hired a yoga teacher at home from AVIYOG GROUP. He was punctual and well behaved, and I got to know about them through the internet. He was motivating and taught me a lot about yoga. He has very good knowledge and knows his asana well. He increased the difficulty level with time, and he helped me with the diet plan. He helped me achieve my target. He is very friendly and is a very good trainer, and I would recommend him to others.
