Regular Yoga Classes
- Content
These are regular classes for interested participants at AVIYOG GROUP center. Regular Class is an ideal course of Yoga attending and education for daily practice. Classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, and diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations. Participants are divided into groups based on time and separate training is given for each group. Additionally, individual attention is given to all students, as required(Assistant yoga trainer given to each group). These yoga classes are held everyday for 1 hour duration each.

- Early morning groups time
- 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
- 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM
- Late morning groups time
- 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM
{Evening Groups}
Monday to Saturday
- Early evening groups time
- 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM
- Late evening groups time
- 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- 7:45 PM to 8:45 PM

Registration & joining can be done on any day as per availability.NO NEED TO BRING YOGA MAT!
