Introduction
If you ask what's yoga for me then I would simply say - It's peace, it's peace for me which helps me calm down and relax, which helps me think more deeply about the world and its dimensions. Yoga has contributed to my overall growth be it physically, mentally or spiritually and has transformed every aspect of my life making it better and more comprehensible than ever. Meditation and different asanas (postures) have made me more sensitive and attentive towards my body and mind. It has taught me the skill of listening and understanding my body and its needs alongside increasing its capacity and stability. Now that's yoga for me - Peace within and without.
