I am a Motivated Yoga instructor with advanced tranining in Yoga and Specialization in Asthang principles. I Lead Yoga Classes for traditional and Meditation Yoga. Iprovide guided Meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students Center themselves and get the most out of each Session.
