Other technique remain out but yoga is work in its develop your inner and outer world. Yoga is a Science. it works at micro level of the body. Its brings awareness and Mindfullness, The Micralious benefit of yoga Can not be denied. It is a kinda pot in which everyone has something to take away. Yoga Purifies your thought, clear thoughts and perception leads to healthy action which makes a person physically, Mentally aware and disease free.
Yoga Asana tones, gives strength, flexibility and increases the stamina and the energy of our body its bring harmony with in Neuromuscular system of body. Pranayam or Breathing techniques brings awareness of breath which is a life force. its strengthen the respiratory muscle, improve digestion system, Excretory system and nervous system. pranayam also helps in calming down the Restless mind.  No other practice in the world gives such a multilevel benefit as yoga gives. Yoga sees body as a whole, hence works on every aspect of it from Gross to subtle,  Yoga is for H3 (Health, Healing and Harmony).
